Yes — we set up the system that fits your size and interfaces. Migration from Immoware, facilioo or wowiport is planned in phases with parallel operation.
Does AI pre-sorting replace our clerks?
No. It pre-sorts, creates cases and prepares drafts — every sign-off and substantive decision stays with your team. That's by design (GDPR, EU AI Act).
How quickly will we see relief in the inbox?
First pre-sorting and sign-off workflows often within 4–8 weeks after ERP foundation. Full ERP migration takes longer — typically 3–9 months depending on legacy stack and interfaces.
